Hi there! Good to have you! if are new to my blog my name is Imane, I am 26 and I live in Morocco. In this blog, I share my discoveries, tips, recipies and more about self-care, beauty & sustainable living 💓

In this article, I will be highlighting the benefits of the
Organic Moroccan Argan Oil. Stay tuned !

The production of Argan Oil is a long tradition in Morocco. Throughout the generations,  natives women of the argan woodlands have cracked the nuts and cold-pressed the argan kernels (found in side the argan nuts) to prepare Pure Argan Oil and take advantage of its amazing culinary and cosmetics properties.

Argan Oil is a rare oil that is found only in Morocco. It contains high concentrations of vitamine A, E,omega 9 and omega 6, both of which reduce acne, help with inflammation and improve's the skin's permeability.
Moreover, Argan oil has the advantage of not clogging pores.

The Moroccan Oil can seem expensive, but it is not : 1 liter only is produced from 6 to 8 trees and it takes a women 20 hours to get  that 1L ( When manually produced)!

On the other hand, its benefits and uses are just worth the price.

So, let's see how you can use Argan Oil in your beauty routine..

1.Moisturiser

It's possible to use Argan oil as a moisturizer by applying it directly to clean skin. Gently massage 1 to 2 drops of pure Argan oil to the face, neck and body until it is absorbed into the skin. When you use Argan oil as a moisturizer, you put organic ingredients into your skin. These ingredients work in harmony with your skin's chemistry to give you the balance you need.

2. Acne Remedy

Argan oil has been proven to reduce sebum levels in individuals with oily skin. With its high content of linoleic acid, Argan oil helps to reduce inflammation caused by acne while helping to regenerate damaged skin cells. It is highly recommended to use argan oil as part of your treatment routine for acne. Just place a drop in the palm of your hand and lightly massage into problem areas. Dr. Axe recommends to combine it with tea tree oil for better results.

3. Exfoliant

You can create a scrub with Argan oil and sugar, just mix 1 cup of sugar with a couple of drops of argan oil. Rub into your body skin- I believe face skin is highly sensitive so I would not suggest to use sugar on face skin- in a curcular movement; Rinse with warm water.

PS: Not all argan oils are created equal. Make sure to choose Certified Organic Argan Oil.
